Good places for a non-pay to play show
Im from CA and Im in a band called the Grittys, we're getting big in our small area but we want to play other spots around california what are some good spots besides places like the Whiskey or any generic Venue, where small bands can get gigs.Im used to playing backyard shows and Cafe's, we've even done school benefit concerts and two battle of the bands(won once),even a Jazz festival, we like having big crowds at shows even if they're are not to see us, cause most of the time people quickly…See More

- Hi Im a punk from oxnard, with my ska band The Grittys, were currently a 10 piece ska band, yeah ten piece believe it or not, and we play all sorts of music from jazz to metal, were primarily a ska punk band, and a good one two, we've been around for about 2-3 years, and still going strong today playing everywhere, we love shows and love sharing the stages with anyone.Im the leader of The Grittys and singer and rythm guitarist.
We're planning a tour through San Diego to San Francisco over the summer so hit us up if you want to play with us or help us out!
