Loonie said… - Ah the diet thingy - well it got chucked out the window just before Christmas and has been replaced by eating mostly good stuff, occasional treats and exercise at the gym most mornings. That program sucked big time. I take migraine medicine (beta blockers) which don't help as a side effect is weight hassles!
