if you have not seen this movie your doing yourself an injustice
(Set in 1983, this drama follows a lonely 11-year-old boy named Shaun, grieving over the recent death of his father who was killed fighting in the Falkland War. When he falls in with a gang of young skinheads, Shaun's pain and anger make him susceptible to carrying out the group's hateful agenda. Directed by Shane Meadows, this semiautobiographical film exposes a dark side of modern Britain not often seen in the movies. )

It played at my favorite theatre in LA for two nights a while back, but I missed it. Definitely gonna get it on DVD, though.....I've been looking forward to this film for a loooOOoOoong time.

Cheers to that,That had to be one of the greatest movies of the century it really brought an informative viewing on how the traditional fun loving Skinhead culture got completely wrecked by a handful of angry felons, convicts and few young ignorant impressionable Skinheads it really gave a media a shot to the face considering how wide spread and mainstream the movie became.Hats off to this post
